TurfReset

How it works

Simple on purpose.

No sales visit required to get started. Photos and a few details about your yard are enough for us to quote the job accurately.

  1. Step 1

    Show us your turf

Complete the quote form and upload photos. It takes about two minutes on your phone, standing right there in the yard.

  2. Step 2

    Get your Reset quote

We review size, condition, pet use and job details, then send a flat quote by text. If something in the photos changes the job, we tell you before scheduling.

  3. Step 3

    We Reset it

We show up with our own water, power and equipment and run the full seven-step process below. Most yards take one to three hours.

  4. Step 4

    Keep it fresh

Stay one-time, or put the yard on a Reset Care plan so it never gets back to where it started.

The Reset process

What actually happens in your yard.

Every Reset follows the same order. Pet-heavy yards get more time on the odor steps; older turf gets more time on de-matting.

  1. 01

    Walk the yard

We inspect the turf before touching it: square footage, fiber condition, infill depth, drainage, seams, and the hot spots where pets go most. Anything we can't fix — a failing install, damaged seams, drainage built wrong — we tell you up front instead of cleaning around it.

  2. 02

    Clear the surface

Leaves, dust, gravel, blown-in debris and loose pet hair are removed from the surface and the perimeter with commercial blowers and vacuums so nothing gets driven deeper into the turf during the wash.

  3. 03

    Power broom and de-mat

A power broom lifts flattened, matted fibers back upright and pulls embedded hair and organic material up out of the infill where a hose can never reach it. This is the step that makes old turf look new again.

  4. 04

    Deep clean and sanitize

The turf is saturated with a pet-safe, biodegradable turf cleaner that breaks down the uric acid and organic residue causing odor — not a fragrance that covers it. It's agitated into the base, given dwell time to work, and then rinsed through the turf and its drainage layer.

  5. 05

    Odor neutralize

Pet-heavy yards get an enzyme-based odor treatment applied to the infill and backing, targeting the bacteria that regenerate smell in the heat. Multi-dog yards and the worst hot spots get a second pass.

  6. 06

    Infill reset and groom

The existing infill is redistributed and leveled so fibers stay upright and the surface drains evenly. Where infill has broken down or run low, we quote fresh antimicrobial infill. A final groom sets the blade direction across the yard.

  7. 07

    Final walkthrough

Hardscape is blown clean, gates are closed, and you get before-and-after photos by text along with an honest recommendation on how often this yard should be serviced. The turf is dry and usable within a couple of hours.

Before we arrive

What we need from you.

Gate access, an outdoor water spigot, pets inside while we work, and toys or furniture pulled off the turf if you can. You don't need to be home — we text before we start and again when the yard is done.
