TurfReset

Paradise Valley, Arizona

Artificial turf cleaning in Paradise Valley.

Paradise Valley turf is landscape architecture, not just a lawn, and it is expected to look flawless year round. Dust off Camelback and Mummy Mountain, full sun and pet use all work against that. Turf Reset restores color, lifts flattened fibers and handles pet odor without touching the surrounding install.

Why Paradise Valley turf

What we see in Paradise Valley yards.

Large lots, large turf areas, and a lot of decomposed granite immediately next to them. Granite dust and fine sediment settle into the fibers and mute the color long before anything else goes wrong. Turf here is also often laid in shaped panels around pools and mature plantings, so the seams and edges need care rather than a pressure wand.

Pet turf cleaning in Paradise Valley

Pet areas in Paradise Valley are usually one section of a much larger installation, and the goal is to fix that section without leaving a visible line between cleaned and uncleaned turf. We treat the pet zone properly and then groom the entire lawn so the finish is uniform.

How a Paradise Valley Reset runs.

Same process every yard, scoped to what your turf actually needs.

  1. 01

    Walk the yard

We inspect the turf before touching it: square footage, fiber condition, infill depth, drainage, seams, and the hot spots where pets go most. Anything we can't fix, like a failing install, damaged seams or drainage built wrong, we tell you up front instead of cleaning around it.

  2. 02

    Clear the surface

Leaves, dust, gravel, blown-in debris and loose pet hair are removed from the surface and the perimeter with commercial blowers and vacuums so nothing gets driven deeper into the turf during the wash.

  3. 03

    Power broom and de-mat

A power broom lifts flattened, matted fibers back upright and pulls embedded hair and organic material up out of the infill where a hose can never reach it. This is the step that makes old turf look new again.

  4. 04

    Deep clean and sanitize

The turf is saturated with a pet-safe, biodegradable turf cleaner that breaks down the uric acid and organic residue causing odor, not a fragrance that covers it. It's agitated into the base, given dwell time to work, and then rinsed through the turf and its drainage layer.

  5. 05

    Odor neutralize

Pet-heavy yards get an enzyme-based odor treatment applied to the infill and backing, targeting the bacteria that regenerate smell in the heat. Multi-dog yards and the worst hot spots get a second pass.

  6. 06

    Infill reset and groom

The existing infill is redistributed and leveled so fibers stay upright and the surface drains evenly. Where infill has broken down or run low, we quote fresh antimicrobial infill. A final groom sets the blade direction across the yard.

  7. 07

    Final walkthrough

Hardscape is blown clean, gates are closed, and you get before-and-after photos by text along with an honest recommendation on how often this yard should be serviced. The turf is dry and usable within a couple of hours.

Do you work around pools, water features and mature landscaping?

Yes, and that is most of the work here. We keep product off planting beds, contain runoff away from features and pool decks, and hand-work edges and seams instead of blasting them. If any part of the yard needs a different approach, we cover it in the walkthrough before we start.
