Gilbert is a family-and-dog town, and turf takes the brunt of it. Kids, pets, entertaining and monsoon debris all land on the same synthetic lawn, and hosing it off only moves the problem around. Turf Reset services Gilbert homes with a deep clean built for pet odor, trapped hair and flattened fibers.
Why Gilbert turf
Gilbert has more mature landscaping than most of the East Valley, and that shade is a mixed blessing. Turf under a ficus or mesquite in Morrison Ranch or Agritopia stays damp longer and collects leaf litter and seed pods that break down inside the infill. Turf out in full sun mats down instead, especially where kids and dogs run the same line to the gate.
Gilbert yards are bigger, but so are the dogs and there are usually more of them. Labs, shepherds and doodles on a 1,200 square foot turf area put down a lot of volume in the same two or three favorite spots, and those hot spots are what we treat separately rather than washing the whole yard evenly and calling it done.

Same process every yard, scoped to what your turf actually needs.
We inspect the turf before touching it: square footage, fiber condition, infill depth, drainage, seams, and the hot spots where pets go most. Anything we can't fix, like a failing install, damaged seams or drainage built wrong, we tell you up front instead of cleaning around it.
Leaves, dust, gravel, blown-in debris and loose pet hair are removed from the surface and the perimeter with commercial blowers and vacuums so nothing gets driven deeper into the turf during the wash.
A power broom lifts flattened, matted fibers back upright and pulls embedded hair and organic material up out of the infill where a hose can never reach it. This is the step that makes old turf look new again.
The turf is saturated with a pet-safe, biodegradable turf cleaner that breaks down the uric acid and organic residue causing odor, not a fragrance that covers it. It's agitated into the base, given dwell time to work, and then rinsed through the turf and its drainage layer.
Pet-heavy yards get an enzyme-based odor treatment applied to the infill and backing, targeting the bacteria that regenerate smell in the heat. Multi-dog yards and the worst hot spots get a second pass.
The existing infill is redistributed and leveled so fibers stay upright and the surface drains evenly. Where infill has broken down or run low, we quote fresh antimicrobial infill. A final groom sets the blade direction across the yard.
Hardscape is blown clean, gates are closed, and you get before-and-after photos by text along with an honest recommendation on how often this yard should be serviced. The turf is dry and usable within a couple of hours.

No, but it changes the schedule. Gilbert yards with mature mesquite, ficus or olive overhead need the debris pulled out more often, because organic material breaking down in the infill is what feeds the smell. Those yards usually do best quarterly, with the post-monsoon visit being the important one.
