Scottsdale homeowners invest heavily in their outdoor space, and turf is usually the centerpiece. Keeping it looking like a showpiece takes more than a leaf blower. Dust, pet use and sun exposure all dull turf over time. Turf Reset restores appearance and eliminates odor without disturbing the install.
Why Scottsdale turf
North Scottsdale sits right against open desert, so wind-blown dust and decomposed granite migrate into turf constantly and dull the color long before anything smells. Front-yard turf in DC Ranch and Grayhawk also takes full southern sun all day, which flattens fibers along walkways faster than the rest of the yard.
Scottsdale calls are usually about appearance first and odor second, often before hosting. Pet spots in an otherwise pristine yard stand out, so we treat those areas separately and groom the blade direction across the whole lawn so it reads as one clean surface instead of a patched one.

Same process every yard, scoped to what your turf actually needs.
We inspect the turf before touching it: square footage, fiber condition, infill depth, drainage, seams, and the hot spots where pets go most. Anything we can't fix, like a failing install, damaged seams or drainage built wrong, we tell you up front instead of cleaning around it.
Leaves, dust, gravel, blown-in debris and loose pet hair are removed from the surface and the perimeter with commercial blowers and vacuums so nothing gets driven deeper into the turf during the wash.
A power broom lifts flattened, matted fibers back upright and pulls embedded hair and organic material up out of the infill where a hose can never reach it. This is the step that makes old turf look new again.
The turf is saturated with a pet-safe, biodegradable turf cleaner that breaks down the uric acid and organic residue causing odor, not a fragrance that covers it. It's agitated into the base, given dwell time to work, and then rinsed through the turf and its drainage layer.
Pet-heavy yards get an enzyme-based odor treatment applied to the infill and backing, targeting the bacteria that regenerate smell in the heat. Multi-dog yards and the worst hot spots get a second pass.
The existing infill is redistributed and leveled so fibers stay upright and the surface drains evenly. Where infill has broken down or run low, we quote fresh antimicrobial infill. A final groom sets the blade direction across the yard.
Hardscape is blown clean, gates are closed, and you get before-and-after photos by text along with an honest recommendation on how often this yard should be serviced. The turf is dry and usable within a couple of hours.

That is the normal expectation here and it is how we work. We contain the wash to the turf area, blow the hardscape clean and keep product off planting beds and decomposed granite. If a bed sits lower than the turf, we will tell you before we start how we plan to handle the runoff.
