What changes the price
These are the details we look at when scoping a quote. They're also the reason two yards on the same street can price differently.
The single biggest driver. A small dog run and a full backyard are very different jobs.
Number of dogs, their size and whether the turf is their primary bathroom all change the scope.
Dust, leaf litter, matting, hair and odor level all affect how much work the yard needs.
Turf that has never been professionally cleaned usually takes more time than turf on a schedule.

It depends on the yard. Turf square footage, how many dogs use it, the current condition, how long it has been since the last cleaning and which service you need all change the scope of the work. We quote each yard after seeing photos rather than posting one number that would be wrong for most homes.
A 400 square foot dog run and a 2,500 square foot backyard are not the same job, and neither are a lightly used patio strip and turf that has never been cleaned. Publishing a single price would mean overcharging some homeowners and underquoting others.
