Reset Care

Don't wait until your turf gets nasty again.

Reset Care is our recurring maintenance plan. Pick a cadence, and we keep the yard at post-Reset condition instead of letting it slide back over the next six months.

Plans

Pick your cadence.

Every plan includes the same maintenance work — the only difference is how often we show up. Not sure which one? Send photos and we'll tell you what your yard actually needs.

Most popular for dog yards

Every 30 days

Reset Care Monthly

The plan for yards that never get a break. Monthly service keeps uric acid from ever building to the point where you smell it in July.

Best for

Multi-dog yards, small turf areas, heavy daily use

  • Full surface clear and de-hair
  • Power broom and grooming every visit
  • Sanitize and enzyme odor treatment
  • Infill leveling
  • Priority scheduling and text reminders

Reset Care Quarterly

Our most common plan. Four visits a year lines up with the seasons — pre-summer, mid-summer, post-monsoon and winter — which is when Arizona turf actually needs attention.

Best for

One or two dogs, average yard size, shaded or debris-prone yards

  • Full surface clear and de-hair
  • Power broom and grooming every visit
  • Sanitize and enzyme odor treatment
  • Infill leveling
  • Text reminders before each visit

Reset Care Twice a Year

For turf that mostly needs to stay clean and upright. Two visits a year handle dust, debris and matting before they become permanent.

Best for

No pets or light pet use, appearance-focused maintenance

  • Full surface clear and de-hair
  • Power broom and grooming every visit
  • Sanitize rinse
  • Infill leveling
  • Condition report after each visit

  • No contracts. Pause, change frequency or cancel any time.
  • Plan pricing is quoted per yard after we've seen it — square footage, pets and condition all matter.
  • Plan visits are priced below one-time service because the yard never gets back to zero.
  • Your first visit is a full Reset; plan visits maintain that result.

How frequency is set

Your yard sets the schedule.

We recommend a cadence after seeing the yard rather than pushing everyone into the same plan. These are the things that move the recommendation.

  • Pets

How many dogs use the turf and how heavily.

  • Yard conditions

Trees, shade, dust exposure and debris load.

  • Usage

Kids, entertaining, foot traffic and time outdoors.

  • Service needs

What was done last time and what's realistic to maintain.

One-time is fine too.

Plenty of yards only need a Reset once and a check-in later. Recurring care exists for households — usually pet households — that would rather stay ahead of buildup than deal with it after it's obvious. No contract either way.
