Pet Reset
Love your dog. Hate what happened to your turf?
You're not doing anything wrong. Artificial turf in a dog household collects odor, hair and residue over time — and it doesn't fix itself. That's the job we do.
What's actually happening
A hose can make turf wet. That doesn't make it clean.
Artificial grass with dogs behaves differently than turf that only sees foot traffic. Here's what we see most often in Phoenix-area yards.
Odor that shows up in the heat
Arizona summers make anything sitting in turf far more noticeable — usually right when you want to be outside.
Hair worked into the fibers
Shedding season leaves material throughout the turf that surface rinsing doesn't lift.
Residue you can't see
Turf drains liquid. What's left behind on the fibers and infill is a different problem.
Multi-dog yards
More dogs means more use. We scope the service to the number of dogs and their size.

Dog happened? Reset it.
Tell us how many dogs use the yard, how bad the odor has gotten and how long it's been going on. Add a few photos and we'll come back with a straightforward quote for a Pet Reset.
We won't promise permanent odor elimination or make claims about chemicals or sanitation. We'll tell you what we can do for your yard and what to expect.

Pet turf questions.
- Why does artificial turf start smelling after dogs use it?
- Artificial turf drains liquid, but the surface and infill still collect residue and organic material over time. Once that builds up, heat and moisture can make it noticeable — especially in a Phoenix summer. Rinsing the top of the turf with a hose does not necessarily reach everything sitting in the turf system.
- Can you clean turf with multiple dogs?
- Yes. Multi-dog yards are a core part of why Turf Reset exists. The number of dogs, their size and how heavily they use the turf all factor into the service and the quote.
- Do you remove dog hair and debris?
- Hair, leaves and organic debris that work their way into turf are part of what we address during a Reset. Heavily embedded material may take more time, which is why photos help us quote accurately.
