Phoenix turf lives under brutal sun, blowing dust and long stretches with no rain to rinse anything away. Add dogs and the surface becomes a place odor collects rather than clears. Turf Reset provides professional artificial turf cleaning across Phoenix for pet households and tired-looking yards alike.
Why Phoenix turf
Phoenix covers a lot of ground and the turf problems change with it. Arcadia and Central Phoenix have mature trees and older installs. Desert Ridge and Norterra are newer, more exposed and take the worst of the dust. Ahwatukee backs to South Mountain, so those yards get grit off the preserve on every windy day. What they share is heat and no rain to help.
Phoenix summers are the reason most people finally call. Surface temperatures on turf run far above air temperature, and heat is what makes months of buildup suddenly obvious indoors. If your yard smells worst in the late afternoon in July, that is the pattern, and it is what a Pet Reset is built to address.

Same process every yard, scoped to what your turf actually needs.
We inspect the turf before touching it: square footage, fiber condition, infill depth, drainage, seams, and the hot spots where pets go most. Anything we can't fix, like a failing install, damaged seams or drainage built wrong, we tell you up front instead of cleaning around it.
Leaves, dust, gravel, blown-in debris and loose pet hair are removed from the surface and the perimeter with commercial blowers and vacuums so nothing gets driven deeper into the turf during the wash.
A power broom lifts flattened, matted fibers back upright and pulls embedded hair and organic material up out of the infill where a hose can never reach it. This is the step that makes old turf look new again.
The turf is saturated with a pet-safe, biodegradable turf cleaner that breaks down the uric acid and organic residue causing odor, not a fragrance that covers it. It's agitated into the base, given dwell time to work, and then rinsed through the turf and its drainage layer.
Pet-heavy yards get an enzyme-based odor treatment applied to the infill and backing, targeting the bacteria that regenerate smell in the heat. Multi-dog yards and the worst hot spots get a second pass.
The existing infill is redistributed and leveled so fibers stay upright and the surface drains evenly. Where infill has broken down or run low, we quote fresh antimicrobial infill. A final groom sets the blade direction across the yard.
Hardscape is blown clean, gates are closed, and you get before-and-after photos by text along with an honest recommendation on how often this yard should be serviced. The turf is dry and usable within a couple of hours.

Heat and bacteria. Residue that has been sitting in the infill all year becomes far more volatile when the surface hits triple digits, so the same yard that seemed fine in February gets bad in July. Cleaning before summer is the difference, which is why our most common Phoenix booking is a pre-summer Reset.
